The Sheldon Project is a veterans-based 501(c)3 non-profit artistic association that produces high-quality films to provide US military veterans with opportunities to learn related job skills.
Up to ten films per year are crewed by professionals accompanied by five US military veteran apprentices learning a film production job skill (set design, lighting, makeup, acting, directing, writing, etc.). Each veteran receives a $1000 stipend. Films are shown on the festival circuit and showcased on our website.
